Our team of experienced recruiters is dedicated to finding the best talent for our clients, and we are seeking a working student to join our team in Munich and support our online marketing efforts.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our online marketing team. In this role, you will assist in creating, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns to attract and engage candidates and clients for our SAP recruitment services. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, social media marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM
- Help develop marketing materials such as blogs, case studies, and whitepapers
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content across various platforms
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with SAP technology or IT recruitment industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
